Our Lot

WARMINSTER, PA... that is where Rob and I went to school from elementary through high school.  While we each left for a bit in our young adult years, we returned to this place... drawn back to Bucks County PA.  It is where Asia went to school from elementary to high school. It is what we call home. It is where are families are.  So then why the heck are we moving an hour away to Chester County?  Well that's easy to answer:
1. Taxes in Bucks County are higher
2. We don't have to stay in the school district since Asia is off to college (and I ain't birthin' no more babies!)
3.  The SAME builder with the SAME model house in Bucks County means a house that costs $200k MORE.  (our momma's didn't raise fools!)

So... Chester County here we come!  A new adventure for us.

The lot has been selected!  We chose the lot with the most open space in the back with the least intrusion from the easements.  The big locust tree in the background sits in a strip of preserved open space.  We debated taking one of the lots with more wooded area in the back but most of them had no back yard so the choice was clear... especially after seeing the beautiful locust tree.

Here is Asia posing with the sold sign before she left for college.
